how to place an order

2. Supply us with your final artwork

Please supply an accurate position and description of how you want your artwork to appear on the bag. To avoid delays, we would recommend customers to supply final artworks with exact final sizes.

Please ask your designer to supply us with EPS, PDF or JPG files, for PDF or JPG files vector images where possible with all fonts outlined, these must be high-resolution of 300 dpi or more with the exact production sizes.

3. Approve your PDF proof

We will send an email with a PDF proof as per your instructions which is needed to be signed off via return email.

The PDF proof is how the finished product will look like so please double check before signing off as as changes to the pre-production sample will incur a new setting up fees of $150, and to re-produce another sample, the turnaround time will be delayed at least 2-3 weeks to the delivery time.

4. Pay deposit invoice

After Artwork approval. For production total below $500, a full payment is required. For all production above $500, we will send a 50% deposit invoice before we proceed with the manufacture of a pre-production sample. We will not proceed with any sampling without receiving the deposit payment, so prompt payment means quicker delivery. For faster payment, we would suggest Electronic Funds Transfer to our account. We accept all major credit cards except american express and Diners Club cards. ( 2% surcharge fees incurred for credit card payments)

Once the pre production sample is approved, allow at least 3-8 weeks for final delivery.( please note that there are some products that we will not produce any pre production sample)

Full payment is required prior delivery.

We do not have accounts which means everything is pro forma.

5. Approve your pre-production sample ( woven label / printed label only ) or JPG photos

1 - 2 weeks after PDF proof approval and before the order proceeds in full production, you will be emailed a photographic pre production sample of your products, If there is a need for an actual pre production sample to be mailed to you, it might take a bit longer.

Please provide us with the address you would like your sample sent to. We will advise you of the freight charges via email and when your sample is due to arrive.

Check the sample against the PDF proof and approve via return email. We will then proceed with full production.

Changes to artwork after the receipt of a pre-production sample will incur a $150 new setup fees.

6. Delivery

Delivery of goods will incur minor shipping fees, but we regularly have on going promotion that waive the shipping fees (please ask our sales team). You can arrange for your own pick-up if you prefer, but please inform us of any changes circumstances before final delivery.

For overseas production, turnaround times can vary and are dependent on import / custom requirement, delivery location, logistics and the time of year.
Please prepare an extra 1 - 2 weeks delays for your delivery in the months of Christmas / New Year and mid May through end September.

Quicker turnaround time can be achieved by proofing jpg photo files of the completed sample instead of proofing the actual pre-production sample. These photos show your manufactured bag with front and back and close ups of the artwork. Please provide all approvals quickly for quickest delivery.
